About Get Up And Grow

Get Up and Grow is an award-winning online community founded by Sinta Ebersohn, an Internationally Accredited Mentor and Post Traumatic Growth Specialist, acknowledged globally with an African Excellence Award in 2024.

The community consists of individual members as well as staff from organisations of all kinds, who are enrolled as part of our Employee Wellness Assistance Programme. Together we are building a global network of resilient families and workforces.

About the Interviews

Interviews are at the heart of the Get Up and Grow initiative. We speak with people from all walks of life who share their lived experiences, expertise and insights on topics relevant to cultivating resilience in every area of life, in the face of adversity, trauma and loss.

Every guest is invited personally by Sinta. This is not an open application process. You have received this link because your story, your expertise or your work is something she believes would offer real value to our community.

About the Host

Sinta Ebersohn is an internationally accredited Mentor with designations as First Responder, Resilience Practitioner, Strategic Life Coach, Complimentary Therapist, Trauma Debriefing Specialist, Holistic Counsellor, Parenting Coach, Separation and Divorce Mentor, End of Life Doula and Training Provider. She holds over 40 international accreditations, received multiple awards among which the African Excellence Award in 2024 and is the founder of Get Up and Grow and Fair Divorce. Her work has reached people across the world who are rebuilding their lives through adversity and trauma. She is based in Cape Town, South Africa.

How It Works

  • The interview is a relaxed, pre-recorded conversation via Zoom, hosted by Sinta Ebersohn. It fits into an hour.
  • The final edited video is published on the Get Up and Grow podcast, on YouTube, Spotify and all connected platforms.
  • The episode is shared across all Get Up and Grow social media channels, from where you are warmly encouraged to share it with your own network too.
  • Paid collaboration guests are listed in the Get Up and Grow community as a preferred service provider or as a recommended resource.

Collaboration Options

All interviews are by personal invitation only. If you have been invited as a paying collaborator, please choose the option below that best suits your purpose. Both options include full podcast distribution, social media promotion and community listing.

OPTION 1

Expert and Service Interview     |     $97

For professionals, practitioners and service providers who want to share their expertise and promote their work to a targeted audience that is actively seeking guidance, tools and support.

Your participation includes:

  • A recorded interview published on YouTube, Spotify and all connected podcast platforms
  • Social media promotion across all Get Up and Grow channels
  • Listing as a preferred service provider in the Get Up and Grow community
  • The opportunity to promote your services directly to an engaged audience of individuals and families navigating adversity and building resilience

OPTION 2

Book and Product Feature     |     $147

For authors and product creators who want to feature their book or product, reach a new audience and contribute something tangible to the Get Up and Grow community.

Your participation includes everything in Option 1, plus:

  • You donate two personally autographed copies of your book or product before the interview
  • One copy is given away in an exclusive lucky draw for Get Up and Grow members, featured as a highlight during the interview itself
  • The second copy is added to the Get Up and Grow lending library, available to community members who are unable to purchase books

  • Please send your two autographed copies at least eight weeks before your scheduled interview date, to allow time for shipping and preparation. The address and full instructions will be confirmed with booking.
