About the Programme

At Get Up and Grow, we're dedicated to empowering businesses to foster a healthy and resilient workforce through our Employee Wellness Assistance Programme (EWAP). Our programme is designed to provide comprehensive support to employees, ensuring their well-being and enhancing their performance in the workplace.

Our programme offers a range of features tailored to meet the unique needs of your employees:

  1. Monthly Accelerator Membership: Each individual employee gains access to our online resilience training resources. These resources cover a variety of topics aimed at cultivating resilience in different aspects of life, from emotional and mental well-being to physical health and personal growth. By completing the required monthly training modules, employees equip themselves with valuable skills and tools to navigate life's challenges effectively.
  2. Live Monthly Masterclass: As part of the programme, we host live online monthly Masterclasses where employees can engage with experts and ask questions about various wellness topics. These interactive sessions provide an opportunity for employees to deepen their understanding and receive personalised advice.
  3. Online Mental Health Support: In addition to resilience training and Q&A's, employees have access to online personal or group mental health support sessions if and when needed. Our qualified professionals provide guidance and assistance to help employees cope with personal or professional challenges, ensuring their well-being is prioritised.
  4. All Accelerator Members have access to the entire membership space with a host of learning material and resources that are updated on a regular basis. They can opt to work through more than the required training, all at their own pace.
